Here are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions...don't see your question? Feel free to contact us! What methods of payment do you accept? TOP We accept all payment through Paypal. You may use any major credit card or check with this payment processor. We cannot accept mailed personal checks or money orders at this time. How long will it take to receive my items? TOP
We are a one-woman company and in order to offer you the hundreds of ribbons we do, most of our products are custom made-to-order. That means time. We currently are quoting 3-5 business days for shipping of non-monogrammed items and 7-10 business days for monogrammed items. Which carrier do you use for shipping? TOP
We use the United States Post Office for all of our shipping needs. Your items will be shipped either First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on the size of your order. Shipping costs are calculated by weight. All orders are sent with Delivery Confirmation for no extra charge. You will be emailed when your item ships. This email will include your delivery confirmation tracking number to use at www.usps.gov.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT!! We recommend adding insurance to your order. Please let us know if you want this option and we will gladly add this to your order. Can I track my order? TOP Yes. There is a link under the "Info Category" that says Order Tracking. Enter your order information to track. When I track my package with my Delivery Confirmation number, it doesn't give me any infomation. Why? TOP An email will be sent to you with delivery information and your delivery confirmation number. When checking this number, you will receive the following notice from the USPS website:
"The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper or shipping partner on (current date) to expect your package for mailing. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later."
Please do not be alarmed, postage was purchased and your package was mailed on the date the postage was purchased. The USPS only scans and updates this confirmation when the package arrives at its intended destination. It has been 3 days and my package has not arrived. What now? TOP The USPS currently quotes 2-3 business days for Priority Mail delivery and 2-10 business days for First Class Mail delivery. Please wait the FULL TEN BUSINESS DAYS before contacting us. Even though we would love to avoid it, dirt happens. And our dog collars rank the highest in "dirty". While everything we make is made to go right in the washing machine, we recommend handwashing all of our products. We have found that for minor stains, a soft bristle toothbrush and laundry detergent that is color safe (we love All Free & Clear) does the job. Make sure you don't scrub TOO hard!
For all ribbons that are printed (shamrocks, polka dots etc), please do not iron on these ribbons-THEY WILL SMEAR! |
